What is FOREX ?
The word FOREX is derived from the two words - FOReign and EXchange. This business is also called 'currency trading' business.
How is FOREX trading business done ?
In a FOREX trading business, a person buys foreign currency at a low price and sells it when the price of the currency increases to make a profit. The principle of this business is settlement of speculative investments and transactions. It is somewhat similar to stock market, but there are many unique differences.

In this kind of online FOREX trading, you can minimize the risk of losing money by setting up a mark for transacting, wherein transactions will automatically be stopped when price reaches a certain level all falls below a certain level.
Trading in FOREX is highly speculative, and there are the risks of loss. So an investor in this business must ensure that he fully understands the risks involved.
